Sending Your Glasses to Us

Once you’ve placed your order and received your order number, here’s what to do:

1 - Open the Link in Your Email

Click the link in your “Next Steps” email – it will take you to our Royal Mail returns page

2 - Fill in Your Details

  • Enter your order number (starts with RS + 4 digits).
  • Add your email and postal address.

3 - Check Your Parcel

Make sure it fits within the size and weight guidance shown.

4 - Create Your Label

  • Click Generate Label.
  • Choose Option 2: Print return label

5 - No Printer? No Worries!

  • We’ll email you both a label and a QR code.
  • At the Post Office, just show the QR code or print the label if you prefer.

 

It can take up to 15 minutes for the QR code and label to arrive in your inbox.

6 - Post Your Glasses

  • Stick the label on your parcel or let the Post Office scan your QR code.
  • Hand over your package and don’t forget to keep the receipt with your tracking number.
